SAYLS is designed to help legitimate businesses respond clearly and work responsibly. Access to a messaging tool does not give permission to contact anyone or send any kind of content.

Permission comes before a campaign

Use contact information you are authorised to process and obtain the required permission for the messages you send. Explain who is contacting the recipient and why. Respect opt-outs and suppression records; do not re-import a list to evade a withdrawal of permission.

Do not upload purchased or scraped lists for unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonate a business or hide the nature of a promotion. Consent and opt-out enforcement are part of the messaging workflow, not a switch for avoiding responsibility.

Follow provider rules

Follow WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies, applicable Meta platform terms and the rules of any connected provider. Use the approved message templates and categories required by the platform. Account quality, messaging limits and delivery are controlled by the provider.

Do not try to evade restrictions using additional numbers, unofficial sessions or misleading content. An official API connection does not make prohibited products, spam or deceptive messages acceptable.

Keep people and data safe

Do not use SAYLS for fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, malware or illegal products and services. Do not collect unnecessary sensitive information or publish private customer conversations.

Restrict staff access to what they need. Do not test tenant isolation by accessing another business’s data or attack the service. Report a suspected security issue privately through our contact route without exposing customer information.

Use AI with appropriate oversight

Test AI instructions and knowledge material, and make a person available for cases that require judgment. Do not present uncertain generated information as a verified medical, legal or financial decision. Avoid uploading confidential information to an AI provider unless you have authority and suitable terms.

We may investigate misuse, limit harmful activity or suspend access where necessary to protect users, providers or the service. Contact the support team if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
