WhatsApp for Travel & tours

Collect trip enquiries your travel team can work with.

A holiday enquiry rarely starts with every detail ready. Your team needs to understand the destination, dates and kind of trip before preparing a useful response. SAYLS helps capture that conversation, organise traveller preferences and keep the next step visible to your agency.

The everyday business problem

The customer is planning a trip. Your team should not be hunting for their details.

The itinerary conversation starts from zero every time.

One person asks about a tour, sends different dates later and then requests a callback. If each update is handled through separate personal chats, a consultant can prepare the wrong response or repeat questions already answered. SAYLS brings the messages and contact information together. Use fields for destination interest, approximate dates and traveller count, then label where the enquiry stands. Saved replies make common process answers easier to share. The CRM does not supply live flight fares, guarantee visas or issue a reservation simply because a customer completed a WhatsApp form.

  1. 01

    Collect a useful travel brief

Build a short enquiry flow for destination, preferred dates, group size and broad trip preferences. Ask only for what you need to prepare the next conversation. Passport copies, payment details and other sensitive documents should follow your approved secure process.

  2. 02

Help a consultant respond with context

Keep the enquiry stage and traveller preferences beside the conversation. Your team can use reviewed replies for consultation steps, quotation turnaround and office contact information, then add the specific information checked for that customer's request.

  3. 03

Confirm the facts before promising a booking

Prepare the offer in your existing travel systems and review current availability, prices and terms. Use WhatsApp to explain the next step and follow up where permitted. Supplier bookings, ticket issuance and payment verification stay with the appropriate systems and staff.

What changes for your team

More context before planning the next conversation.

01

Less back-and-forth to understand the trip

A consistent enquiry brief helps your consultant begin with the customer's stated needs. It also makes it easier to spot missing information before spending time preparing an itinerary or asking a supplier for availability.

02

Continuity when several people assist

A shared conversation history helps another authorised colleague continue when the original consultant is unavailable. The customer does not need to reconstruct the whole trip enquiry for every person they speak to.

03

Clearer routine communication

Guide common questions with saved replies and carefully configured flows. Keep time-sensitive fares, immigration requirements, cancellation conditions and booking confirmations under human review so a convenient answer does not become an unreliable promise.

A little clarity goes a long way

A little more about travel & tours.

Understand the setup, the costs and the next step before you decide.

01Does SAYLS connect directly to airline reservation systems?

No airline reservation integration is assumed by this solution. SAYLS organises enquiries and messaging. If your travel platform provides a suitable API, a connection can be assessed separately; it should not be presented as available before it is implemented.

02Can automated replies quote fares or visa approval chances?

Avoid using automation as the authority for changing fares, entry requirements or visa outcomes. Staff should verify information through appropriate sources and suppliers. An assistant can explain the agency's process and collect the questions a consultant needs to answer.

03Can we send customers new travel offers?

Use a relevant opted-in audience, honour opt-outs and follow WhatsApp's template requirements. A person who requested one itinerary has not necessarily agreed to an ongoing promotional campaign. Keep service communication and marketing permission clearly distinguished.
