Create a SAYLS workspace first, then follow the guided official Meta connection. You do not need to write code. These requirements explain what you may need for production messaging; Meta determines eligibility, verification and approval.

1. Register with details you control

Use an accessible email address, a secure password and an accurate workspace name. Spaces are welcome in the workspace display name; SAYLS creates a separate safe workspace address. Verify your email to complete registration.

The seven-day platform trial requires no credit card. Registering a SAYLS account does not itself approve a Meta business, phone number or messaging use case.

2. Prepare your Meta business access

The official Cloud API uses a Meta business portfolio, a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and a business phone number. Sign in with a Meta account authorised to manage the correct business assets. The guided connection can help create or select eligible assets.

Provide genuine business information. Complete business verification or other checks when Meta requires them for your account or requested access. Business verification is not a universal prerequisite for creating a SAYLS account or exploring every trial feature. Meta decides account eligibility, available limits and required checks.

3. Choose an eligible number and receive its code

For a standard new Cloud API registration, prepare a phone number you control that is not already registered with WhatsApp Messenger or the WhatsApp Business app. Keep the number active and able to receive the verification code by SMS or voice call. Follow the two-step verification instructions shown during registration.

An existing WhatsApp Business app number may qualify for Meta’s official coexistence onboarding. Eligibility and steps differ from a fresh API number. Ask support about the correct path before deleting an app account, migrating a number or changing a number your business relies on.

4. Use a genuine business display name

Choose a display name that accurately represents your business and is consistent with its public identity. Meta reviews names under its display-name rules and may ask for corrections or supporting business information.

A name entered in SAYLS is not a promise of Meta approval, a verified badge or unrestricted sending. Use only business names and assets you are authorised to represent.

5. Prepare billing for chargeable usage

Keep the payment method or billing arrangement required by Meta ready for chargeable production messaging. Charges and free messaging conditions depend on the message category, recipient market and current Meta rules. Some account arrangements use provider-managed billing.

A free SAYLS platform trial does not remove third-party charges. A payment method is not a blanket requirement for every test or free service interaction, but incomplete billing can prevent chargeable usage. Review both Meta billing and the selected SAYLS subscription before relying on production sending.

6. Message responsibly and test the workflow

Contact people only with the required permission. Respect opt-outs, use approved templates when required and follow the customer-service window, WhatsApp messaging policies and commerce rules. Meta controls template approval, delivery, quality limits and restrictions.

Test your number, replies, automation and human handover with consenting internal contacts first. An official API connection does not guarantee that an account can never be restricted or that AI answers are always correct.

Guided setup and 24/7 ticket support

Follow the plain-English connection screens and setup guides. If a step needs attention, register or sign in to SAYLS and open Support Tickets. Our support team is available through tickets 24/7; share the relevant step or error without passwords, OTPs, access tokens or full card details.

Setup includes several Meta-controlled steps and can require review. Support can explain the next step and help troubleshoot; it cannot override Meta decisions or promise immediate approval.
