Your business conversations deserve clear responsibilities. This policy explains how SAYLS uses information when you visit this website, create an account or use the CRM. A business using SAYLS also has responsibilities to the people it contacts.
The information involved
Website requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages and operational security logs. When you register or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, business details and support messages.
A connected workspace may process contact details, message content and attachments, conversation metadata, account identifiers, consent records, business configuration and integration credentials. What is processed depends on the services the business connects and uses. Do not upload information you are not authorised to use.
Live chat and regional pricing
The website loads our SAYLS live-chat widget from app.sayls.io. When you use it, we process the messages and contact details you provide, technical request information and the chat session needed to continue your conversation. The widget uses essential session storage in your browser. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.
For regional pricing, the server may use your IP address with our location provider to estimate your country and apply the administrator’s country-to-currency rule. We do not request your device’s precise location. If location cannot be determined or no country rule is configured, the default catalog currency is used. A currency choice selects an actual published price; it does not convert a price using an inferred exchange rate.
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and workspaces, connect requested services, route messages, operate automations, process subscription records, answer support requests and protect the service. We also use necessary operational information to investigate errors, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.
We do not describe customer content as a public marketing asset. We do not publish private conversations or use your customer lists as testimonials. Marketing communications from a business using SAYLS remain the responsibility of that business, including its permission to contact each recipient.
Business and platform responsibilities
For website enquiries and SAYLS account administration, SAYLS handles information to operate its own service. For a business’s contact database and conversations, that business decides its purposes and permissions; SAYLS processes the information to provide the configured service. Contact that business first about its messages or customer records.
If your organisation needs a data processing agreement, a particular hosting location or a subprocessor review, ask our team to confirm the available contractual arrangements before uploading the relevant data. Do not assume a particular certification or data residency commitment.
Connected providers and information sharing
Requested integrations can send relevant information to Meta/WhatsApp, connected social platforms, commerce services, email services, payment processors and the AI or telephony provider configured for your workspace. Their processing and account terms also apply.
An AI workflow may transmit the selected prompt, conversation context or knowledge material to its configured provider. Only enable integrations you are authorised to use, and review provider settings before sending confidential or sensitive information. We may also disclose information when required by a valid legal obligation or to protect the service and its users.
Retention, access and protection
We retain information for the service purpose, account administration, security, support and applicable legal or financial obligations. Retention depends on the record and connected provider; we do not promise that deleting one visible record immediately removes every backup or provider copy. Ask us for the applicable retention and deletion arrangements for your use case.
Tenant boundaries, access permissions and credential protection support the service. No online service can promise absolute security. Keep your account credentials private, restrict staff permissions and tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the applicable rules and your relationship with the business, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to particular uses or withdraw consent. Workspace administrators can manage available customer records and consent controls. Account holders can contact SAYLS through authenticated support.
For a data request, use the instructions on our data deletion page or contact our team. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, access tokens or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service, integrations or applicable obligations change. The date on this page identifies the version presented. For privacy questions, contact the SAYLS team through the contact page or your authenticated workspace support channel.
