The useful short answer
Prepare genuine, consistent business details and use an authorised Meta administrator. Follow the evidence requested in the current verification flow. Business verification does not automatically approve every number, template or badge.
Meta business verification is easier to approach when your business information is consistent before you start. Think of it as a check of the business behind your account, not a shortcut to unlimited messaging or a promise of a badge. SAYLS can help you understand the connection context, but Meta controls its verification requirements and decision. This checklist prepares you without promising a fixed approval time or assuming every account sees the same verification screen.
A little preparation

What you'll leave with
- A cleaner preparation checklist
- Clarity about separate Meta reviews
- Useful context when asking for help
STEP 1 OF 5
Start with the actual business owner and portfolio
Identify the legal business represented by the account and the person authorised to manage its Meta portfolio. Use the correct existing portfolio when one already owns the assets you need. Ask an administrator for appropriate access if you cannot view the relevant settings. Avoid making a new portfolio merely because you do not yet have the correct permission.
Check that the business's website, email and public contact details are working and recognisable. The goal is a coherent business identity across the places a reviewer may inspect. Do not alter genuine details to resemble another verified organisation or purchase access to someone else's portfolio.
STEP 2 OF 5
Prepare accurate supporting information
Gather your legal business name, address, contact information and the documents available for your business type and location. Use the documents Meta's current verification flow requests. A document accepted for one organisation or country may not be the document needed for another. Keep names and addresses consistent with legitimate records.
Do not upload private documents into a marketing website chat to begin a verification request. Submit them through the official Meta process when requested. If you ask SAYLS for help understanding an error, provide a redacted description first and keep identity documents, passwords and access credentials within the appropriate secure channel.
STEP 3 OF 5
Follow the current Meta verification prompts
Open your business settings and use the verification process available to your portfolio. The exact label, eligibility and requested evidence may vary. If the option is unavailable, check the explanation in the account and Meta's official help. SAYLS cannot create a verification option that Meta has not made available for that account.
Review the information before submitting and keep a record of the submission status. If Meta asks for another document or a correction, address the specific request with genuine evidence. Repeated submissions with different names or unsupported documents can make the situation harder to understand.
STEP 4 OF 5
Know what each approval actually covers
Business verification, number registration, display-name review, template approval and a verified badge are separate concepts. Passing one check does not mean all the others are approved. A business can still need to complete additional steps before a particular messaging use case works. Read the status attached to the asset or request you are looking at.
A software provider's status also does not replace your own business responsibilities. Your business still needs appropriate account access, lawful contact data and suitable messages. Treat claims of guaranteed verification, guaranteed badges or permanent protection from account restrictions with caution.
STEP 5 OF 5
Continue a careful operational setup
While preparing verification, organise your intended customer workflow. Decide who answers messages, what can be automated, where a human takes over, and how customers can opt out. Prepare a clear business website and privacy notice that match what you actually collect and do. These are useful operating foundations even apart from a verification request.
When you need help, record the exact stage: portfolio verification, phone registration, display name or template review. Include the business and number context without exposing secrets. A precise question lets support guide the next step. Meta's own decision and available appeal process remain authoritative; no intermediary can promise a result or a fixed turnaround.
