We want the right person to control the right information. Follow the route below so a deletion request reaches the business or account team authorised to act on it.
If a business contacted you
Contact that business first if you want it to stop messaging you, correct your details or remove the customer information it holds. The business decides why it collected the information and uses SAYLS to process conversations. Use its published contact route or reply with a clear opt-out request.
If you cannot reach the business, contact SAYLS and identify the business name, the number that contacted you and the type of request. Share only the minimum information needed to identify the issue; do not send sensitive records in the first message.
If you own or administer a SAYLS account
Sign in to your workspace and open a support ticket requesting the specific deletion action: selected customer records, a disconnected integration, platform-access data or the entire account/workspace. Include the account email, tenant/business name and relevant integration identifiers.
Specify what you want deleted and whether you need an available export before closure. The team may ask for identity or administrator-authority verification before processing the request. An unauthenticated request does not authorise deletion of someone else’s workspace.
Connected Meta, WhatsApp and social accounts
You can revoke an integration’s access from the relevant provider’s business integration or app settings. This prevents the permissions you revoke from continuing to authorise new access; it does not automatically erase information already held in a SAYLS workspace or at that provider.
Ask SAYLS to review the retained data associated with the connected account if you also want it removed from our service. To remove provider-held information, use that provider’s privacy or deletion process as well. The official Meta instructions are linked from our privacy guidance.
What happens after a request
We review the request, verify authority and identify the records and systems affected. Where deletion is appropriate, the team follows the applicable cleanup process and explains the outcome or any records that must be retained. You can ask for a status update through the same support ticket.
Deletion may be deferred or limited by security, fraud prevention, backup handling, financial recordkeeping or other applicable obligations. We do not promise instant permanent removal from every backup or third-party system. Disconnecting an account, cancelling a plan and deleting a workspace are different operations.
Contact safely
Use authenticated CRM support for account-specific requests. If you cannot sign in, contact the SAYLS team through the contact page and ask for the privacy/deletion process. Never send passwords, access tokens, full card details or unnecessary copies of customer conversations.
