The useful short answer
Start with one task your business already handles every day. Open the free workspace, test that task with your team, then choose a plan around the resources you actually need.
A useful trial should answer a practical question: will this make your team's working day easier? Start your seven-day SAYLS trial with one real task, such as organising new WhatsApp enquiries or answering your most common delivery question. You do not need a credit card or a paid SAYLS subscription to start the free trial. Connecting WhatsApp and sending chargeable messages can have separate Meta requirements and charges, so treat the platform trial and messaging costs as two different things.
A little preparation
Before you start
Have these ready so the next steps feel simpler.

What you'll leave with
- A verified SAYLS workspace
- One small workflow to evaluate
- A practical plan-selection checklist
STEP 1 OF 5
Choose the trial before creating your workspace
Open the trial page and continue to SAYLS registration. The link carries the selected plan into the registration flow, so check that the plan shown is the free trial before submitting. You can also compare current paid plans on the pricing page; their prices and limits come from the CRM's public plan catalog rather than an old price written in an article.
Have your business name, business address, phone number and an email address you can access ready. Choose a short workspace name that your team can recognise. The registration form checks availability, asks you to accept its notices, and validates the password. Read those notices before you agree.
STEP 2 OF 5
Verify your email and enter your workspace
After submitting registration, check your email for the verification code. Enter it on the verification screen to complete account creation. If the message does not arrive, check spam and use the resend option shown on that screen. Avoid registering repeatedly with slightly different details; that can make it harder to identify the correct workspace.
Your SAYLS login is separate from your Meta login. Keep both secure and never send your password, permanent access token or one-time verification code to someone in a support chat. When you request setup help, share the relevant error message and workspace name, with sensitive details removed.
STEP 3 OF 5
Run one small, realistic test
Once inside, connect an eligible WhatsApp number using the setup that fits your business. Add a small set of contacts you are authorised to process. Create a status such as New enquiry and add one saved reply your team actually uses. If your trial includes automation, build one short flow and test it with a consenting internal contact before using it with customers.
Write down the result you want before testing: an enquiry should reach the shared inbox, the correct person should see it, and the next action should be clear. Test handover as well as the automatic response. A useful automation should know when a person needs to take over.
STEP 4 OF 5
Choose a paid plan around the next constraint
Compare your contact count, team size, connected numbers and automation needs with the current plan limits. Also check any specialist capability you need, such as live chat, AI, store connections or API access. Not every feature is included in every plan. The full comparison is more useful than choosing a plan by its name alone.
You can explore paid plans while your trial is still active. An active plan should be identified in your workspace; a trial does not have to run out before you consider an upgrade. Read the checkout summary, billing period and renewal amount. Annual introductory offers can have a different renewal price after the offer period.
STEP 5 OF 5
Use the last trial day to make a clear decision
Before the trial ends, review what worked with the people who will use SAYLS. Did they find the right conversation? Were replies easier to reuse? Did the flow collect useful information? Keep a small checklist rather than judging the product only by a demonstration. Upgrade if the workflow is valuable and the plan fits your expected use.
If you need a different mix of staff, messages or resources, ask about a custom Enterprise quote. Do not assume a custom quote changes Meta's messaging policy or removes provider charges. For cancellation or refund questions, read the current refund policy and contact support before making a purchase decision.
